Sunday

Well, it’s the last day of the 40 day yoga challenge. I’ll write a longer post for my reflection; today’s a normal entry. I am thinking quite a bit about the last 40 days, though. The time felt like it flew by. There were days when I was more energized than others, but I still tried to think of yoga and perform at least a little bit every day. It was surprisingly emotional trying to hold myself to this simple task for 40 days. Recently my mind’s been somewhat distracted by thinking about my other work, other things I need to do. I’ve been thinking a lot about my time and what I do with it. In that way, this has been a helpful exercise.

It was a beautiful, sunny day. I drank a lot of water and washed my car. After 40 minutes I spent about several hours getting further into organizing my files and getting Github set up the way I want it.  For the physical yoga practice, I did a quick 20 minute form of Baptiste Power Yoga found on YouTube.  I didn’t spend as much time working on my projects as I would have liked to this weekend, but I still got something done.

Tonight I’m going to try to keep up with getting at least 7 hours of sleep and tomorrow I’ll be doing yoga at Yoga Hive again. Part of me will almost miss this blog, though I suppose nothing’s stopping me from continuing. Maybe I should just start a private diary, but I have had some fun with this daily WordPress blog.
